Booking and payments terms and conditions

Booking conditions

The booking is confirmed once the advance payment has been paid before the due date. The minimum charge for two nights’ accommodation and packages is 30% of the total value of the booking. If the booking fee is not paid by the due date, the booking will be regarded as being cancelled. However, the advance payment must be paid if the cancellation is not made according to cancellation terms and conditions.

Payment terms
The total charge for the booking is due for payment 14 days prior to arrival. The terms and conditions for booking and payment for group bookings (20–50 persons) and packages will be agreed separately on a case-by-case basis.

Booking cancellation terms
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Nuorgam Holiday Village by regular mail, email or fax. A cancellation made via telephone must be confirmed in writing using one of the aforementioned ways.

If the cancellation occurs:

  • no later than 31 days prior to the commencement of the booking, the customer will be reimbursed the deposit minus the cancellation fee of EUR 50/person
  • with 30 days or less before the commencement of the booking, the entire deposit price for the booking will be charged.

Please remember to check that your travel insurance policy covers you against cancellations!

Arrival and departure
The Cottage/Apartment is available for check-in on the day of arrival at 4 p.m. If arrival is later than 6 p.m., the customer must inform Nuorgam Holiday Village of the expected arrival time. The check-out time on the day of departure is 11 a.m.
The same terms and conditions will be applied to equipment hire, e.g. boats, snowmobiles, etc.
The extra services the customer orders at the Holiday Village (e.g. café-restaurant services) shall be paid for on site or agreed to be billed.

Number of persons
The accommodation space is in accordance with the order and its confirmation. Services such as washing facilities and sauna turns are intended for accommodation residents only, not visitors. We kindly request you to inform and pay a separate fee for any extra persons. A separate fee is charged for the use of a caravan/car on the Holiday Village site.

Towels and bedclothes
Towels and bedclothes are only included in weekly accommodation rates or package rates. A set of towels and bedclothes is available for 15 €/person/stay. Bedclothes must be used on the beds, either the guest’s own bedclothes or Holiday Village bedclothes. No sleeping bags.

Pets
Pets are welcome to Nuorgam Holiday Village. The charge for bringing a pet is 30 € per stay. We kindly request you read the separate instructions for pets found in the accommodation folder.
Smoking is forbidden in all indoor areas of all accommodation facilities.

Right to make alterations
Nuorgam Holiday Village reserves the right to make alterations or cancel a booking for reasons of force majeure or other reasons beyond the control of Nuorgam Holiday Village. In cases such as these, the customer is entitled to receive a reimbursement of the accommodation rate in full.

Complaints
All remarks and complaints to be made on the facilities and condition of the accommodation must be made as soon as such become apparent on site. Complaints made after check-out will not be considered. The accommodation guest is obliged to read the accommodation folder of the accommodation facility and to adhere to the detailed rules.
